We collect information that you provide directly: business name, contact details (address, phone, email), NEQ number, industry sector, employee count, and data entered during risk assessments.
Your information is used to: provide and improve the Service, generate your OHS action plan and PDF reports, communicate with you about your account, and comply with our legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers (cloud infrastructure). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Data access is restricted through Row Level Security (RLS) policies — each organization can only access its own data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
In accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information.
We use essential cookies for Service operation (authentication, language preferences). We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
