Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-03-01

By using PlanSST ("the Service"), you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of the Service

PlanSST is a structuring tool that helps Quebec SMBs organize their occupational health and safety (OHS) action plan according to the CNESST framework. The Service includes templates, checklists, guides, and a web-based risk assessment application.

2. Informational Purpose Only

The Service is provided for informational and structuring purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, or professional occupational health and safety advice. PlanSST does not replace an evaluation by a certified OHS professional (préventionniste) or any other qualified OHS professional.

3. Employer Responsibility

The employer remains solely responsible for the complete identification of risks in their establishment, the implementation of appropriate preventive measures, and compliance with the requirements of the Act Respecting Occupational Health and Safety (LSST) and applicable regulations.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, templates, guides, and software provided by PlanSST are protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your business. Resale or redistribution of the content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlanSST shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
