By using PlanSST ("the Service"), you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.
PlanSST is a structuring tool that helps Quebec SMBs with fewer than 20 workers prepare their occupational health and safety (OHS) action plan. The Service includes free templates, a diagnostic, and a paid offer: a questionnaire specific to your sector, from which five documents are generated (action plan, harassment-prevention policy, sector checklist, pre-inspection guide and risk register), with 12 months of access for the annual review.
The Service is provided for informational and structuring purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical or professional OHS advice and does not replace an assessment by a certified prevention specialist or any other qualified professional. The plan is generated from your answers: it reflects what you declared, not a visit to your establishment.
The employer remains solely responsible for the complete identification of risks in their establishment, the implementation of prevention measures, the designation of responsible persons, the follow-up of measures and compliance with the Act respecting occupational health and safety (AOHS, in particular section 61.2) and the Regulation respecting prevention and participation mechanisms in an establishment. The documents produced are a starting point: they must be completed, communicated to workers and updated at least once a year.
The price of the paid offer is the one displayed on the offer page at the time of purchase, in Canadian dollars. Payment is one-time and processed by Stripe; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Access to the documents lasts 12 months from payment. If the documents do not match what is described on the offer page, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase through the Contact page; a refund ends the access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The answers, hazards, measures and documents generated for your organization belong to you; you may export them at any time during the access period. PlanSST's templates, texts, questionnaires and software are protected by copyright; you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your business. Resale or redistribution of the templates is prohibited.
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, PlanSST is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for correction notices, statements of offence, fines or other consequences arising from a plan that is incomplete, not implemented or not kept up to date. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
We may change these terms; the update date appears at the top of the page. Changes take effect upon publication, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
