CNESST does not certify any template. What is required is a written, dated action plan specific to your establishment, with hazards identified and measures chosen. That is exactly what the tool produces. No vendor can promise pre-approval — be wary of any that do.
Then this is not the right product, and we would rather say so before you pay. From 20 workers up, the obligation is the prevention programme: a separate, broader undertaking that this plan does not replace. The document still serves as a hazard inventory and correction plan, but it does not make you compliant with that obligation.
