How it works

  1. 1

    You describe your establishment

Sector, number of workers, activities. Two minutes.

  2. 2

    You answer your industry's questions

27 to 43 questions depending on the sector, in six categories. About 30 minutes, and you can stop and come back.

  3. 3

    You get the plan

Every hazard found with its measure, owner and deadline. PDF export, ready to sign.

What's included

  • The action plan filled in from your answers, exported as PDF
  • Your sector's questions, from the 10 industries covered
  • The hazard checklist for your industry
  • The harassment prevention policy template, to complete
  • The guide "Preparing for a CNESST inspection"
  • The risk register for follow-up
  • 12 months of access to revise the plan — the annual review is expected

Why a one-time payment

An action plan is made once and revised once a year. Charging a monthly subscription for that makes no sense, so we don't. The 12 months cover the review, and if you never come back there is nothing to cancel.

Full RMPPE implementation is required by October 1, 2026, and CNESST is already inspecting.

Frequently asked

Is the document accepted by CNESST?

CNESST does not certify any template. What is required is a written, dated action plan specific to your establishment, with hazards identified and measures chosen. That is exactly what the tool produces. No vendor can promise pre-approval — be wary of any that do.

What if my sector is not listed?

Ten industries are covered: office, restaurant, retail, workshop, garage, construction, warehouse, transport, daycare and health. If your activity spans several, pick the one closest to your real hazards and adjust the answers.

What happens after 12 months?

Your plan and the documents you exported stay yours. Access to the tool ends; you can come back later if you would rather do the review in the tool than by hand.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If the document does not match what is described here, write to us within 14 days from the Contact page and we refund.
